She missed very strong clause that gives buyers nothing and went into intimidating people and fighting for stupid issues turning everyone against each other... She is not only unprofessional, but unethical... handle at your own risk...

My experience with Ms. Lutzeier was extremely positive. She was very professional, well organized and knowledgeable about all legal matters. Her fees were competitive and fair. I appreciate her expertise in my real estate closings, and would not hesitate to use her again. I would recommend her. Thank you for all your hard work.

I just finalized a sale of my condo and a purchase of a new house without any issue's. Everything was done as discussed in our original meeting. This is the first time that I've dealt with a lawyer that actually does what they say. My previous dealings with other lawyer's had left me somewhat skeptical but after meeting this one I was extremely pleased with the entire process. I would have no issues referring her or using her again.

We hired her to work on our purchase and then subsequently fired her as she took weeks to return voicemails and numerous messages left for her. A lawyer should respond to clients within a reasonable time (ie maybe 72 hours) ... she took 3 weeks to return our message just to tell us we had to wait another week OR SO for the documents we requested. Completely dissatisfied with her services and the fees she charged to send out 2 letters and review our agreement.

She was great to work with! Her attention to detail and work on my file was outstanding and her staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Andrea and her staff 100%. She worked on my Purchase, Sale and also my Will and Powers of Attorney. Her rates are fair and service is excellent!

Over all I don't like dealing with lawyers but compared to others that I've dealt with this one was a pleasant change. She did above and beyond what I expected, and was very reasonable with the final cost of my account. I have had almost the exact same dealings in the past with other lawyers/firms that have cost me much more money and time. I would have no issue using this lawyer again and also would highly recommend her.

Extremely disatisfied with the service - I absolutely do not trust this person, and would never ever hire her again. She made mistakes on my file and was completely unreasonable regarding resolving the matter to both parties satisfaction. In my opinion, she showed extremely poor judgement, and her attention to detail was not what it should have been. Her excuse to me was that she was very ill, but chose to work through it and "It was the best she could do" even though there were errors made. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied.
