He and his staff worked hard for me and my children. We got the result I needed. I would recommend him to anyone.

Neal and his team worked hard for me. I had a complicated case and he got me primary custody of my daughter in the state of Texas. That is not an easy feat. He was patient and knowledgeable and very kind during this time. I would highly recommend him to anyone trying to get full custody of their kids or going through a complicated divorce.

Neal is very personable and makes a strong first impression, but his service plumets after the initial meeting. No sooner had we handed over the retainer check than he seemed to do a complete 180 in his service and attitude. His staff was frequently unfriendly and terse, and we were billed at an outrageous rate for the services rendered, including 15 minute charges for one word replies to email; email that was necessary because the communication from his office was so poor. Neal himself was unavailable at all times. In the end we got a satisfactory result, but at a cost... our cost was nearly 30% more than what we were told it would be, largely because of frivolous charges, and the nickle-and-diming policies of his office. I wish I had researched him more thoroughly before commiting to his service, and will definitely not use him again.

I thought I find the lawyer of my dreams at first, he seemed really interested in the well being of my children and about getting me the justice I deserved. After court his true colors came out and he became very lax,careless, and unresponsive to my phone calls & emails. Ive had to stay on his back for answers regarding my case. Neal expects to be paid for a job he doesnt do, this lawyer is all about the money I definately would not recommend him, he dropped the ball in my case several times.
