Jason did an excellent job with my paternity case. He started immediately to get issues resolved and went out of his way to ensure the safety of my children and I and aggressively pursued what was in their best interest. He was professional to both parties and explained all the court procedures to me with this being my first time in court.

I would not refer jason Johnson to anyone he has no concern to your case only takes your money that is his only concern. I wish I would of saved my money and represented my self I would of won my case not lost my grandbaby to kidnappers. He did more talking to the people who broke the law then he did my daughter who he was suppose to defend. Bad lawyer and a horrible person who does not care about the child. He needs to be held responsible for his lack of legal knowledge and have to refund money he steals from the ones he fails.

Did a great job! knew his GAL work would not be popular with at least one party in the case, but knew what was in the best interests of the kids

My children were assigned Jason Johnson as their GAL. He was paid $1000 and only talked to my children for 25 minutes 1 time, over 1 1/2 year process. He talked to the non custodial parent 4 different times. He DID NOT have the children's best interest in mind. He was more concerned about getting his own children to soccer practice and his upcoming vacation which would be during our trial. Beware if you are assigned Jason as your GAL, he sure doesn't mind taking your money but, certainly IS opposed to defending your children.
