I met Karn 2 years ago after an accident. I was referred here by my Dad who had Karn previously handle a case. Karn and his team are professional and great to work with. The reason I would recommend Karn is because he was successful in both mine and my Dad’s case (separate incidents). I was updated on my case every step of the way. Jeannette would update as needed and I was able to easily contact her about updates and questions. Everything was told to me clearly, regarding fees, timeline and outcomes. I was told the average for similar cases and was grateful, when Karn was able to negotiate for a higher settlement (It was much higher than I was expecting). I felt that he and his team really put in the effort to help my case and get me the best possible deal. I am very happy with the outcome as this money will really help me in the future and I have Karn and his entire team to thank. Karn, and his staff Jeanette and Patricia were all lovely to work with.

Karn and his staff were extremely helpful. They were able to take over dealing with the insurance company and did so most effectively. In every negotiation with the adjustor, they were able to improve on the initial offer. The confusing insurance forms were brought under control, thanks to Karn and Jeanette. They have always been quick to respond, able to explain, and most supportive and kind. Overall, I do not see how a person could cope with the insurance process on his or her own. Should you need a lawyer following a car accident, I highly recommend Karn Malhotra. DJL

I was injured in a slip and fall incident with a badly broken ankle. I had two surgeries and a very difficult recovery.
