Stuart was my divorce lawyer for about 10 months. He is very irresponsible and unprofessional. He was asking the same questions in the trial court(8 months later) that I have told him in the 1st time we meet. He was obviously not prepared good to my case while he charged me over $20,000 lawyer fee.
My marriage was only 18 months and has simple property division problem. He did not understand the key points. He is not good in simple algebra calculations with several numbers.He was interrupted by my ex wife's lawyer in the court for not saying the key points. Even I agreed that his arguments were irrelevant. Even the judge was correcting his knowledge of the facts of my case in the trial.He was chatting with my ex wife's lawyer about Christmas traveling plan while ignoring my request to double check an obvious calculation error of $2000.00 with several numbers.
Due to my language problem. He asked me to sign an agreement about lawyer fee treated as lien. Be aware of this.
