I hired Mike for $1500. to represent my daughter in a suit by the Mo.AG's office. She is incarcerated and they were asking for reimbursement because she received monies from a suit by her previous atty. due to a jail guard in Marion County having had sex with her. He, by the way was never prosecuted! Mike constantly changed his story about his interaction with the AG's office and when I finally asked for copies of e-mails verifing what he was telling me, he said everything was verbal and nothing was in writing. The timing of what he said was happening wasn't verifiable on the Mo. casenet site. This (almost 1 year later) I consider a TOTAL RIP OFF! Steer clear of this attorney if you value the monies you are investing!
