Mark Holtzer has done an excellent job in successfully guiding me through a divorce, visitation, and a custody change.
He is very skilled, knows the law, and has extensive divorce/custody litigation experience. He puts the interests of his client first, and his attention to detail is very impressive.
Some people want their attorney to burn down the whole town and this is a mistake. You want someone who is professional and knows how to win. I am continually impressed with his ability to collaborate with other attorneys and people in the court process, in order to get the best financial, logistical, and legal outcome for his clients.
So if you want someone who will burn through your (ex) spouse's money, just for spite, then look elsewhere. But if you want someone who possesses excellent tactical and strategic ability, both in and out of the courtroom, who always likes to keep his options open, and makes decisions based on data and not emotion, then Mark would be an excellent cho
