I hired Serena for a child abuse case and was taken for a ride. All she cared about was stealing money from my trust account. After I was in so deep into the matter, she keep asking for more money without doing any work on my case. She messed up my case so bad she herself was facing sanctions from the court. At that point she knew she played my case out for all I was worth. She sent me a bill for $4500.00 fo one month. We had a half hour hearing, a couple hours talking on the phone and she had a couple hour drive time. No where near $4500.00 worth of work. I had a hard time finding another lawyer after she quite. The case was messed up so bad no one wanted to touch it. In closing she just took my money and left me worse off than I had never hired her. The judge and GAL were so ticked at her she knew she had to excape. Stay away from serena, it was the worse mistake I ever made.
