After getting a speeding ticket, I received a letter from The Simmons Law Firm offering to represent me in court. I called to get more details about the service provided and decided to hire The Simmons Law Firm. They ran my credit card for $85.00 and were scheduled to appear in court just over a week later. After my court date, I discovered that my attorney did not show up to represent me. Had I not checked on this and remedied it personally, my "Failure to Appear" could have resulted in large fines and a revocation of my license. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Not sure why that one guy wasn't happy with Jerry. He did great work for us and we've never heard anything negative about him. With the exception of this one person who seems to have some sort of issue.

I don't know what that guy is talking about. Jerry Simmons is a good lawyer. He got my cousin's seized property back and got her charges reduced!
