Ms. Stasio cannot litigate in open court. She becomes overwhelmed and misses pertinent opportunities to object to opposing counsel and argue points before a judge. She encourages her clients to file motions that make it easier for her to not have to litigate, instead of what is in the best interest of her client. She is verbally abusive, especially when her client does not agree with her course of action. She takes it upon herself to waist her client's money by filing meaningless motion that a judge, in all likelihood, will deny.
