He lied to client and told him if he didn't sign a waiver to appeal he would get life in prison. His client was under depression distress with his sentencing because he was told by this attorney there was no evidence but atty FAILED TO LOOK at his clients previous charge records. in turn his client got the most time even tho he was only convicted on conspiracy. After all that he advised him again wrong and pressured him to waive his appeal. Also was insensitive to clients mother . all she was trying to do was understand all options. what a horrible experience. I cried every time after I spoke to him because he said he could be bothered since he already had spoken to clients wife. Which was also under distress with her pregnancy. And the trial.
