Jeffrey Bernstein completely mishandled my family member’s case. She was extremely patient with this incompetent so called lawyer’s advice. I told her long ago this guy needs to retire and she should have let him ago as her attorney long ago. This so called attorney mishandled her case, was extremely unprofessional throughout her case with his odd comments and his mishandling of important info regarding the case. Jeffrey would forget things continuously and would put the blame on my family member for his mistakes and mishaps. Best advice I can give anyone out there before actually hiring this guy…seriously review the past reviews the ones that are on this site are exactly to the t situations we have experienced. This guy needs to go back to law school for sure. I don’t know who in their right mind would ever appoint this guy to be a lawyer but whomever did has to have their head examined. Jeffrey sucks at communicating and shows up to court with a blank legal pad wow. Jeffrey you lost

Personable, caring, and in control in the courtroom. I saw Jeff walk all over one of the highest rated attorney's in San Antonio, but he did so with tenacity and class. I wouldn't want to go up against him in court!
