Beware! Wessel manipulates kids he represents against their own parents! In case I am familiar with (visitation dispute) he approached *both* parties (parents) with the idea of "boxing in" the other parent by using the child. He would set up a phony therapy sessions with a therapist he knew. One parent would take the kid to session and encourage the child to talk about issues with the other parent. Wessel would then have the therapist write a letter to the court to make it seem like the child has issues with the other parent. The "therapy" would be then discontinued... The whole scheme was used to convince the target parent to give up on their child in court, and dispose of the case. Wessel's conduct is unethical and damages the kids' relations with their parents. Disgusting!

This lawyer never retuns phone calls and very difficult to communicate with. It is very frutrated to work with someone like him.
