I had a very disappointing experience with this lawyer. The builder informed him of our closing date two weeks in advance, but he never communicated this to us. I only found out the day before closing when I called him, which left us unprepared—our mortgage and funds were not ready. This caused us significant stress and additional costs to extend the closing date, which he did not compensate.
Worse, a few months later, he repeated the same mistake with one of my clients. I cannot recommend his services due to his poor communication and lack of accountability.
