STAY AWAY!!!!! will take you for the ride of your life then try to blame it on you when you have an issue with his work ethic and sad excuses. will waste your money. promise the world but give you a grain of sand and he is proud of it. he has earned the title of "do nothing ron" needs to be reported to the law society of Ontario, needs to be disbarred. end of story. enjoy my money ron. your nefarious ways will be your downfall in the end. keep full records of this guy if you take him on, because you will be disappointed and need rock solid proof. stay away from phone calls he knows they can't be used a proof. malpractice and ethical violations for days. if he gets away with it. more clients will suffer.

Mr. loder helped me on very sensitive matters related to landlord tenants agreements and with great care he was able to file a process for eviction and the matter was resolved within a short timeframe. I highly recommend Mr. Loder as a lawyer on matters related to civil and landlord-tenant matters.

Takes complete advantage of people who are in need of representation and thinking they can trust their lawyer. What lawyer won’t provide a record of service and monies received, ask to meet at all hours including from 11pm at night, yell at you, threaten you, and the list goes on. Sad part is it’s our hard earned money that we won’t likely ever see again. He is a jerk.

It was our first time buying a home and he made what should have been a happy experience, the WORST. He is very unprofessional. He threatened me saying "don't go giving me a bad rating online" or he would get me back. A lawyer should be on your side, that's why we hire lawyers but he made you feel like he was your ENEMY. He wasn't even a good person in general. He would start yelling on the phone and demanded I give him the money at a certain time that only works for him. I'm not sure how he is a lawyer but he made a young couple's first home buying experience a NIGHTMARE. There are many other lawyers. Please go look for another one so he doesn't get to treat clients this way.

4years and still no divorce .. unproffesional .. our life is hell because of him ...the divorce should of toke a year the most is taking forever .. very frustrating dealing with this lawyer

What an absolute waste of time. Cost me $K in a divorce. Was getting legal counsel from opposing attorney (who knew his stuff, unlike Loder). FIND A DIFFERENT LAWYER!

I have made several attempts to communicate with this attorney by phone,text and email,over the past few weeks. All such efforts have been ignored. He has funds held in trust on my behalf and I have not received an accounting from him regarding this money, nor do I know where these funds are, as he seems to have all but disappeared. I believe that he should be disbarred as his practices are questionable. He has taken upon himself to take action without my knowledge or consent. This is someone who should not be practicing law.

He's an **** .. He took our money more then a year ago and there's still no divorce . This was suppose to be a quick divorce that in he's words would take 60-90 to complete... That was last August . There's still no movement in any way . He doesn't call or keep communication at all . Don't ever hire this man for anything , you will only lose your money . He very unprofessional, has no consideration for he's clients and completely ignore the client .

This would be the worse lawyer you could ever be with,no patience,yells back at you,gives worng info,all I can say,be carefull with this lawyer,find someone else and dont let what happen to you happens to me.
