Completely incompetent as an attorney. Did not communicate and did not follow through on close out of my case. Had hunt down attorney and staff to get final paperwork completed. Does not care about quality of work or his clients.

He just got a verdict against him for legal malpractice for $390,000.00. Sued by his own client. And he pays big money to be in "super lawyers". Hahahaha.

Promises one thing, then 1 yr 10 months later finally makes it to court and has the fine raised to more than it initially was. Then had his assistant email to say I have two days to get money to court or else I will be placed in jail. Gus lacks courtesy, and I had to inform his company of hearing schedules, as they were never on top of it! All this for a speeding ticket, that they were so convinced it would be a walk over. STAY FAR FROM THIS LEGAL FIRM.
