He is not a good listener. He bases his practice on his personal opinion and not the situation or request of client. He has a short temper and uses threats at courthouse to get u to sign papers even if u disagree. I singned a child custody schedule because I felt pressured by him and he used the judge as an excuse. Later on, I found out from my second Lawyer I never should have singed that visitation paper if I disagreed with it. Now I am paying for it. I have to file for a modification, and take it back to court. I wouldn't recommend Pember to anyone. My divorce and custody battle has dragged out for over 2 years because of him.
