Seemed like he really knew his stuff and would get the job done. As soon as I paid my fee, I never spoke to him. I would communicate by email through his paralegal and I rarely heard from her. Sent several emails and tried calling and never got returned calls. Would go weeks without hearing anything from them. Felt like I was really kept uninformed. Was disappointed with the fact that he couldn't take 5 minutes out of his day to update me on the status of my case.
