Oh my God, this attorney is horrible, after taking a lot of money from me knowing that he doesnt know what he was doing, he pretended and showed guarantee to every single words that is coming out from his mouth but they are all lies,, please, please please, do not hire this attorney, i could not even afford to mention his name, he is horrible. i would tell my story about what he did to me but God knows that this man is evil. all he wants is money....

Did not get the job done. Wants more money to refile the exact same documents. He a lazy, money hungry attorney who takes advantage of people in need.

Michael Gahagan is a great lawyer and a man of character. He fought very hard for a close family friend of ours for 4 years. He will now be able to live in the States with his wife and see his kids grow up. We will happily recommend him!

Without mr Gahagan I would not be able to stay with my family and see my kids growing , he fought for me for over 4 years, against the uscis and their employees! I am amazed how passionate he is to his clients , not only hired a lawyer but got a friend forever! Very knowledgeable , smart , organized and aggressive when it comes to defend his clients ! Always answer my calls and emails , never miss an appointment or is late for one! I am thankful that I have chosen the best immigration lawyer in Louisiana . I referred Michael to several friends and ALL of them end up getting their green card or citizenship !!

We hired Gahagan for my husband's immigration. He had overstayed his non-immigrant visa by more than 1 year. The lawyer said my husband needed to leave the country asap after we got married so he did. gahagan said the process would take 6-9 months, to be honest, and hope for the best. he DID NOT tell us that since my husband had already overstayed his visa by more than a year he would not be eligible to receive the immigrant visa and would be automatically be barred from re-entering the US for 10 years. he was happy to take our $3,000.00 and send my husband away nearly 2 years ago. Gahagan never once mentioned any of this as a possibility, even though it's cold hard LAW. not even on an immigration officers best day would my husband have been approved. gahagan was good with answering his phone and talking like he knew what he was doing. we went to him for legal advice, took that advice, and now our lives are ruined. he was often condescending in his speech. very very very disappointed

Michael initially comes across as one who know what he is talking about. However, when it is time to get the work done, he NEVER reviews cases, he is sluppy, he is rude, has appallingly poor customer service relations and NEVER does what he says he will do on time. What lawyer or attorney does not review a case before filing??Overall, the quality of the appalling service he renders is frightening. If you are in need of an Immigrations lawyer, which is usually a serious matter not be dealt with lightly, I DO NOT recommend Michael Gahagan! Go else where for your own good.
