Ms. Lynch couldn't be more informative or helpful! Her advice is not only practical but has saved me money. I asked her to file something that she felt was wasteful and she was honest about it being a waste of her time and my money but left the decision up to me. In the courtroom she is a fierce advocate for not only me but the best interest of my children. She told me she has an undergraduate degree in social work and I can seeveryday what an advantage that is for my kids!

I'm not sure about those bad rewiews about Mrs. Josephine Lynch but she was so personable and easy to talk to. She helped me solve my legal/divorce situation with super ease. During my consultation with her she also did a little extra for me by drafting a email for me to send to other parties involved with nour extra charge to me. I have no doubt in my mind if this goes to court she will be there with me every step of the way. I will definitely recommend more people to her. Thanks again and her staff is super friendly.

The previous posters MUST be reviewing a different attorneyou, Ms. Lynch is above and beyond anything I could've hoped for! She not only fought like hell for me and my children, she didn't waste our time or my money filing frivolous pleadings and explained that to me from the begining. She was open and honest with what I could expect. She was EXTREMELY easy to get in touch with and made herself available to me quickly through many urgent matters. As a matter of fact, Ms. Lynch drove to the location of an urgent matter on the evening before a major holiday during a 'crisis'. She advocated fiercely in the courtroom, even the Judge complimented the passion she showed while arguing my case. From what I can tell she is a highly respected, skilled, BULLDOG of an attorney. Her honesty, availability and extensive knowledge of the Law made me feel comfortable during a difficult time. The outcome of my case was better than I could've hoped because of Josephine Lynch.

She is a very bad Lawyer. Not competent, lot of show. Do not choose her as your Divorce lawyer, you are going regret. She is not attentive to your concerns and questions. She acts like a high power attorney. I had to support a child but I ended up having to pay alimony for 15 years to a spouse who had more credentials to be employed but chose not to . She does not give advice on any issues. She seems not attentive to your case until the day before the Court Date. At meetings she attends to other business, copying papers or taking phone calls. She does not work for you. I paid a lot for her service in my divorce thinking that she knew what she is doing. She does not seem to be engaged in your case. She always leaves you in a limbo and having to learn about the options in your case on your own. She never gave me the confidence that she is on your side. I wasted over $5,000 and had to end up holding the bag at the end of my divorce proceedings. Please do not choose her.

Late, Never calls, didn't make me feel at ease with what was going on. I always have to call her to ask for an update. She is a total waste of $1500. Constantly asking me for updates from the ex. No recommendations on what to do or how to do anything, this attorney is the worst, but I guess I got what I paid for.

Always late, always with excuses. It's been over three months since the deadline to finalize my divorce and she asks whether I have paid for the outside expert (check was cashed 2 months ago.) Never returns calls, late to court.
