Ashkan Mazinani is one of the best and very experienced family lawyer in Toronto. My case was extremely complex and as a single father, I was fighting for my children custody, restraining order, and several other issue’s in the court. I was hopeless, exhausted and lost. After meeting Mr. Ashkan, he has helped me in this difficult process and he was always available to any inquiry or unanticipated event. Ashkan Mazinani is intelligent, hard-working, patient, professional, courteous and expert in Family law and trail. I am completely satisfied with how he handled my children custody case in the court. I have charged $220 for one session to talk with Elena Mazinani for 30 min but another lawyer who i din not know talk with me 20 min and she came just for 8 min. it is not fair and professional and It is not legal.

If I could rate this lawyer a zero I would. I hired Elena in June 2020, this was my first divorce so I was very stressed and trusted Elena to help with my case. Rather than helping she dug me deeper and made my case more complicated on purpose to go to court and make more money. She is rude and sometimes would even shout at me. At one point she yelled at me and I had to tell her to lower her tone because I was not her daughter. Along with this, every time I would ask her a simple question she would get mad at me rather than explaining what I didn't understand professionally. I had to constantly remind her of things and be on top of her in order to get things done. In my opinion, she is lazy to the point that the judge in court had to tell her that she did not send the documents on time. I decided to go with another lawyer since I had enough of her lack of interest in my case. I have so far paid over $30,000 in 8 months of working with her. DONT HIRE HER!

I am very happy with mazinani, I am very grateful cause thanks to them I win mi case and now my son can be with me. It was a large process but Elena make it easy to me and she was so gentle with me. Thanks to her now I can enjoy a beautiful summer with my kid, thanks mazinani

If I could rate this Lawyer Elena Mazinani a zero I would, her attitude and the way that she talked to me was unbelievable. I was lucky to change my lawyer before getting my case to court as she was insisting on doing it and making things more complicated. I hope this helps anyone looking for a family law attorney.

She is the worst lawyer that I have ever had. An unprofessional and rude person. She just asks for money and if you pay cash, she never give you any receipt. She charges way more than normal. I hope people read reviews before referring to her.

This person will take your money and do nothing for your litigation file. When you confront her on that, she will start screaming at you. She is not a lawyer. She is psychotic. I agree with all the negative reviews here. She pays strangers to write good reviews on Google. The real reviews are on this website.

She IS HORRIBLE. I retained her for a family law matter and i paid her what i was supposed to pay and she did absolutely nothing. she is rude and she shouts for no reason. i believe she has to be treated in a mental hospital rather than representing people in the court. You are better off with any lawyer but her. DONT WALK , RUN!

Very rude and unprofessional lawyer. I had a very bad experience for my real-estate deals with her. She just played game and was unable to close a simple deal for my purchase because she was out of country at the date of closing and I had no idea. She also screwed up my sold house. Very rude to me and my wife. I DO NOT recommend her at all.

This was not my first experience using a lawyer, but was certainly my worst. Elena would take clients at the front in the middle of my meetings, had me prepare my financial documents (for a divorce case) and charged me to recopy them, and overall didn't provide any useful legal expertise. After over $4000 in legal fees and nothing tangible gained in my case, I decided to represent myself.

I met Mrs. Mazinani to handle my divorce case. if you are the kind of person that wants to throw your money away without any resolve, this is your lawyer, rude, inefficient, poor communication and expensive for the low result. do your search before you spend your life fighting your lawyer and not your case, If I knew better, this person won't even be my last choice.
