I needed to find an attorney that was fair, strong, professional and most importantly, compassionately human. And I found all these characteristics in Mr. Daniel McCammon. I was very blessed to have him as my advocate, he did fight for me and my daughter in this long contempt case. Was very helpful in my case. I reside in GA and my case was in CA; constantly communicating with myself about the case and in the end it paid off. Was able to get better visitation of my children and also held my ex-wife accountable of her actions. Helped reduced my child support to help my financial situation. I would recommend Mr. McCammon to represent you in you case.

I reached out to Attorney Daniel C. McCammon. My wife and I had already had our judgement entered and signed by the judge. With only weeks from the divorce date, Hemet Court told me I would not be able to cancel the caseand the entire judgement was inevitable. I spoke with Daniel and he told me that in 200 years of combined experience at the firm, this would be the first time they would handle the cancellation of a divorce after entered judgement signed by a judge, but prior to final divorce date. He was very compassionate and told me, "In this family law business we are always looked at as the bad guy by one side or the other. I would be honored to be a part of fighting to actually save a marriage". He did it!! Within 10 days from my initial call, the entire judgement was set aside and the case was dismissed. Attorney McCammon then took an extra step and shared with me some personal information and testified how happy he was to save a marriage rather than get a judgement to end one.

I hired Daniel in May after being served with a domestic violence restraining order. He listened to my story, and helped me aggressively fight the restraining order. It was dismissed at the first hearing, and I went from no custody, only having supervised visitation and a request for me to pay child support, to joint physical and legal custody of my kids, including my stepdaughter whom I have not yet adopted, with equal time and no child support payments. Daniel is familiar with "presumptive parent" and is a real expert in divorce and child custody.
Daniel and his staff are always accessible via phone or email, which is important when things can change quickly.
His aggressive tactics, and his willingness to be real, ultimately led to my wife and I reconciling, and the divorce being dismissed. I can't thank Daniel enough, and have recommended him to friends who are looking for an aggressive family law attorney.

Oh my this attorney is an absolute jerk he and his office especially donna and saleena are like pit bulls they dont have any mannors or ettiquete. Mr mc cammon himself is really passive agressive thinks he is super knowledgable doesnt stick to his word and in my opinion is not a polished attorbey that breaks so many rules when it comes to PROFESIONALISM HE SHOULD BE DICIPLINED BY THE BAR..
