This lawyer lied to me and refused to fight on the grounds that “You will not win this.” He gave me 2 solutions, sign a piece of paper, which he described in few words as a piece of cake, or go to jail. He refused to look into the that was handed to him that this was the doing of someone else. He said there wouldn’t be any felony charges if I signed the settlement=LIE! He said under hse arrest I would be able to go to my children's events = LIE! He said under hse arrest I can provide food for my family=LIE! All lies! There are so many to list. A label was forced on me by my own lawyer who failed to educate me, failed to fight for me. My own lawyer, Steve Ziskinder, LIED to me! He failed to fight for me,and LIED to me,failED to explain ALL stipulations of the contract settlement I signed in front of him. Do yourself a favor! Find a different lawyer or you might as well just go dump your money into a pit before you go to jail for something you didn’t do.
