back in 2007 she took my case against family services and even though family services was formidable she negotiated for me and kept them in check. getting a lawyer is a scary thing she made me feel at ease and removed all the emotions out of the equation. If i ever need a lawyer again i will call her.

Kathleen made poor decisions on my behalf and did not respect my requests. Her communication was poor but she took my money on time.

Very poorly organized. Did not return calls in a timely manner, made important decisions IN COURT (negotiating access time with the other lawyer in front of the judge). I even went in to the office on two occasions to help put together documents for filing affidavits with the courts (photocopying and stapling documents). She was sick a lot. There were many delays in filing documentation and so on and so on. I would not recommend this lawyer for family law matters.

Very disorganized and confused. Mixed up dates and names on legal documents. Does not return phone calls or emails. Do not use this lawyer for family law. She does not give you legal advice, you basically have to be your own lawyer and she will file paperwork for you, or her assistant will try to. Confused me as being a Plaintiff instead of the Defendent on an offer to settle in a property dispute. Now after almost two years of frustration I need to find a new lawyer because she sent me an email saying that perhaps I need a more aggressive litigator. Most incompetent lawyer I have ever dealt with.
