I discovered Rob through viewing "Prey" I had been hiding my secret for decades and finally felt it was time to deal with it. Rob was very thorough and tenacious. At times, my depression and anxiety had me feeling there was inadequate communication happening and, to his credit, Rob was quick to respond and clarify issues with me, lessening my apprehension. We entered mediation and I was expecting to pass through and go to trial. Rob was extremely helpful this very stressful day and helped me come to the right decision seeing tgat proceeding to a trial would be a lengthy and very lopsided process. The legal system is not a happy place for persons who have been sexually abused and unfortunately the church receives excessive deference in these cases. Rob helped me find some closure and I feel much better inside myself now than I did before this case. A quick google search will say Rob is the ‘Priest Hunter’, after my case, he could also be known as the ‘School Board Slayer’. . If you don’t have a good lawyer, you are not going to get anywhere, and Rob is both passionate and knowledgeable. The only way to stop the cycle of abuse is to fight back, and the best way is to file a claim with a good lawyer. Hire Rob. You won't regret it. I lived in victimhood all my life from sexual abuse from a priest at age 10. It disabled me. For the first time in my life I have begun to feel free. I am a 60 year old man and am one of over 30 (plus) other males that had been abused by a member of the Roman Catholic clergy in the mid to late 60's early 70's. He was convicted in the mid 90's but has never admitted to the abuse and neither has his diocese. My 2 brothers and i decided that people have to know how corrupt this religion is so we retained Rob Talach to represent us. It took 3+ years and a lot of paperwork and time and he has since secured 2 claims which is (in my eyes)an admission of guilt from the catholic religion . Rob and his staff did an amazing job in a quick and professional manner with a great deal of heart mixed into the whole mess. Highly recommend to anyone in search of justice and accountability .

My daughter's successful lawsuit for sexual assault by her step-father has given her the confidence to step back into life and trust herself. Although there was a criminal conviction against my ex-husband his sentence was minimal and because she charged him he represented himself as the victim even though he had plead guilty. The civil action launched by Mr.Talach and pursued by Mr. Talach and his associate Mr. Aaron Lealess underscored her step-father's guilt and was directed to my daughter's suffering. That she was also able to be named in this action, unlike the criminal court where her name was withheld was also very positive. Coming forward, having a voice and being named was as important as the very successful financial compensation. The action as led by Mr. Talach and Mr. Lealess was always mindful of the importance of this process. Now, many years later, I continue to recommend Mr. Talach and Mr. Lealess in taking civil action if you are a victim of sexual assault.

My wife and I will be forever grateful for the work Rob and his staff did on our behalf. Taking on the "Christian Catholic Mafia" is not for the faint-of-heart, but Rob persevered, and the end result was VERY satisfactory!Rob was completely up-front with me back in 2010 and advised me that it would be a long process. My first contact with Rob was a very emotional, and difficult thing for me to do, but Rob set me at ease and had a lot of very good advice which carried me through the process. He also has a great sense of humour which is of paramount importance when one is going through the litigation process.
