My family member was charged with failure to remain at the site of a collision and yet he was not even aware there was a collision. We spoke to one lawyer who wanted to charge us $5000. Fortunately, a friend recommended us to speak to Chady Moustarah. He met with us during his lunch hour on his day in court. He read the police report very carefully and then gave us his professional opinion. Mr. Moustarah's words were "you don't need me for this case". He counselled us how to proceed. A week before the trial date he emailed to see if we had any questions. He also gave us his cell number and welcomed us to text or phone him if we had any concerns. We had the trial today and Mr. Moustarah was ready to come help us if needed. However, as Mr. Moustarah predicted, the crown was wise enough to dismiss the case against my family member. I was referred to this firm by my family doctor. He told me to see Chady Moustarah. I sent him an email and he called me the same day and gave me an appointment to meet with him to talk about my horrible car accident. when I arrived I was placed in the board room by a very friendly young girl. I was then greeted by 3 lawyers that met with me and heard my story. I was so impressed with the knowledge they had and the advice they gave me. they were not pushy at all and I truly felt like they wanted my best interests and didn't simply want to "sign me" up. They gave me time to absorb all the advice and I felt like I was truly in control of my decision making and not them. Mr. Moustarah then joined us and we discussed some very important things that I was not aware of. Chady and his staff were great to deal with. I was under some pretty severe charges unfortunately and was referred to Chady by a friend and another lawyer i hired for a friend of mine. Chady was very informative and assertive during the 2 year process. He explained the good and the bad of the potential charges. From day 1 he told me i had a great case and would get the charges dropped before trial and sure enough he did. Chady did exactly what he said he would do and didn't try and up charge me anything. I was in a car accident with some injuries and ended up with a totalled car. Initially, I was quite intimidated of the legal process for an injury claim however, Mr Moustarah was extremely reassuring when we spoke during our meetings. He is very knowledgeable and is confident in his work which in turn gave me confidence. He works very quickly and made sure I was always informed about the status of my claim. There were some occasions when Mr Moustarah was busy with his other clients and I would speak to his assistant Ms Noroozi, however, she is just as hardworking and well informed about my claim. In the end, I am very satisfied with the outcome. I am walking away with more than I was expecting to receive proving he did everything in his power to receive proper compensation. I contacted Mr. Moustarah because I had been contacted by the police due to being investigated. I was very very scared and stressed. My very first meeting with him relieved all of my stress. Chady was the best decision i could have ever made! This man literally just saved my future despite being told by numerous other lawyers that I had no chance! I was referred to a couple lawyers when I got out on bail and wasted a couple thousand retaining what I thought was my best shot at freedom. All this man cares about is money. When the money runs out-so does his representation. He represents drug dealers and gang bangers....he KNOWS he is going to get paid. He turns a blind eye to their breaches, makes them leave their cell phones at the front, and doesn't care who gets hurt in the process - he is no better than the scum he represents!! My trial was set to an early date where Chady was unable to attend due to conflicts. Chady send me his associate Kelsey Selbee. Kelsey was detailed precise and is highly intelligent.
