I've used Shawn for several cases over the years. From a real estate case, a collections case to a Child Custody case. Excellent and knowledgeable lawyer, will battle for justice and believes in following the code of due process, and insuring the counterparties do as well. Or he will light 'em up with sanctions to keep them compliant and in fair territory :) I've known Shawn now for over 6 years and would not use anyone but him, because I couldn't ask for anyone better. Great Counsel, family strong, and passion driven. Thanks for everything!

I cannot recommend Shawn C. Whittaker highly enough. Not only is he a very well-respected real estate, condominium, and HOA litigator by his peers, he is keenly intelligent and has a phenomenal memory. He also gets the highest marks for being ethical, fair, humane, and generous with his knowledge, experience, and time. He extended help to me by respecting my deadline by promptly responding to my emails and phone calls, reviewing a letter I had written to an adversarial attorney, and allowing me to CC him BEFORE asking for a dime or retainer agreement, all of which convinced me to retain him over three other lawyers. He is truly one-of-a-kind and a strong credit to his profession. Other lawyers would do themselves a favor by emulating him in every respect.
