I had a divorce opened with Rodney Flynn. He is a lier and a cheat. He will take your money and not do a damn thing for you. He will promise you the world when in reality he is just trying to mark up his hours with you to charge you more. Wont stick to his word and get things accomplished.

This lawyer did absolutely NOTHING for me for 2yrs. He did not get me alimony, a car to drive and did not even care if I had a place to live. Everything that I needed to help me thru this diffucult divorce, he did not accomplish anything. He even lost the case, due to him not giving enough information to the Magistrate to support my claim for my case. I lost $54,000 to my ex and now I have nothing to show for my 17 year marriage and have to worry about finding a job at age 58 and have been out of the work force for over 8 yrs. I still have to pay the lawyer fees, I have no car to drive and my ex got to keep the trucks, motorhome and boats and still gets to live in our marital house. I guess you could say that there was a pay off some where along the line? He still never calls me or returns my calls, he just sents letters so he does not have to explain why there has been nothing positive that he has done for me in the 2yrs that he has represented me!
