I hired this man to negotiate a settlement. He said he would send a letter that day. When I called a couple of days later,the letter had not been sent,this when he knew the other atty was going to take a default. His offer was for the amount I owed before the claim was filed,as I hadn't rcvd notice of the pending claim.He also reviewed my answer.His changes gave me less of a defense and he did not add a counter claim. When I brought up the matter he didn't respond. After a higher offer was made,he sent an email that my offer had been rejected so I asked him what amount they wanted.His answer contradicted an email he forwarded so I contacted his principal.I forwarded emails between Mr. Spangler and I to him.He did not respond.I also emailed Mr. Spangler back.I rcvd no reply but did receive a bill for an additional $60.00. My last emails were on 5/3 & 5/4. When Mr. Spangler didn't respond, I contacted my lender. Not only would I not recommend him I would warn anyone I know to avoid him.
