I'm not a client but my SO has been a client of Mr. Kniepp. He has a very laissez faire attitude. The cases drag out forever while he nickel and dimes you to death with fees. He rarely responds to phone calls or emails but if he does you will be charged an hours time. He lets other attorneys run over him. His strong suit is supposedly in the courtroom but I can't speak to that.

Don Kneipp, in my own experience and as well as from advice of others, is a lawyer that will drag out cases and drain you of money. Not only that but he will not communicate with you about anything going on with your case. He charges you attorney fees for work done by his legal aids. I would not recommend Don Kneipp.
