I retained Chris McCloud of OWZW to handle a DUI charge in 2015. I sincerely regret hiring this office. As a few other people have mentioned it was a complete waste of time & money. I paid them an $1800 retainer which they kept $1300 of when I finally switched to a competent office 8 months later. I did not feel that they had earned that money at all. I have no idea why they are so slow, or why the results I got were so poor. I will say that I hired a much higher rated lawyer on this site and after 8 months of basically no progress I had my case dealt with in 6 weeks. In my view the results this office produces only allow for 2 possibilities: Either Chris & his staff are completely incompetent, or they are completely dishonest. I can't see any other explanation for my experience with them. Do yourself a favour and avoid Chris McCloud like the plauge.

Pathetic!!! The worst dealings I've ever had with any professional. Didn't return calls, didn't follow through with anything he said he would - waste of time and money!

Can never get an answer out of him! constantly leave messages that never get returned. doesn't contact client, with specifics to court dates! Don't waste your money, this guy is shaddy
