A bunch of us hired John Simpson back in 2000 to fix a right of way problem and when sold property in 2019 found out than is was not done properly. Called him to get him to fix and he said he did it properly and he would not do anything to resolve so I had to pay another lawyer to get problem fixed before I could sell. I would not recommend John Simpson and will never use him again.

In my opinion this lawyer lacks both honesty and integrity and therefore I would not recommend either he or any associated law firm. Simpson is the lawyer for two local townships and he aided them in taking land from some citizens and in some cases selling it back to them. He was helped in this scam by a local survey company who also failed in its duty to perform a proper search, and he prayed on the trust of the landowners and failed to do a proper search of the land. To date, May 12, 2012, neither he nor the surveyor have attempted to fix their errors and compensate those whom they have screwed.
