We hired Vitoria for a custody case and she was great. She got everything done right away and we got everything we wanted and or needed at the time. She put the other side in their place in and outside of the court room. We would call her again if ever needed for sure.

I wish I’ve read this before I retained her as a lawyer. I am an immigrant on this country and not very familiar with the laws.When I first met her she seem nice and promising. She makes me think it is going to be simple but maybe because I do not have enough money to pay her that she never really helped me. It was mainly just processing papers.It feels like I have no representation at all.I thought she will guide and assist me to achieve a better judgment but ended up putting me in a lot of debts. Many times I tried to communicate with her asking if I can make payment arrangements but she is not responding and when I call they want everything that is due to be paid telling me that they do not work like that. She knows my situation but All she cares about is getting paid. She knew that I am waiting for my settlement money…she knew something didn’t worked out according to plan but yet last week I got a notice from her closing my account. Do not hire her.

I used Victoria for my divorse. Her firm was only concerned about getting paid. Pushed out court date unnecessarily for a year. Everything she went to court with she had received exactly one year earlier. I was awarded Judgment but she didn't add anything to protect me or help me collect amount. Took Judgment to another attorney said she did me no favors. She drug it out but when it was time for me to make a decision pushed me to decide immediately.Once I told her I wasn't borrowing money or paying for my X to use her as his attorney she sent me paperwork closing my account.The only reason I stuck with her was because I kept thinking it would be over.But she'd push it out further.I was too far in debt to her to get another attorney.

Our family paid almost $100,000 for Victoria's services and got NOTHING in return. There was a divorse settlement involved but she did not do a thing to help us get the money so we have only paid out of pocket. After the settlement she disappeared. Victoria is NOT professional, trustworthy, sympathetic, or knowledgeable. I would not recommend her services to anyone! Do yourself a favor and seek help elsewhere.

poor experience, overcharged for service offered, definately not knowledgeabe, poor communication, unfamiliar with actual process, would not reccomend on any level
