Mr. Dewberry is a very knowledgable and experience Worker's Comp. specializing attorney. He was highly recommended by another lawyer to me. He knows his stuff, and we have never lost in w/c court. I agree with a previous reviewer... he is not much of a "hand holder." However, we push comes to shove... he always gets the job done effectively. I would recommend him without hesitation to other workers who have legitimately been hurt on the job. He will take care of you competentantly.

Mr. Dewberry is handling my workers' comp case. It has dragged out for many years now. He has made no effort to contact me in years. He tells me that I need to get in contact with the defense attorney myself and he has in no way been an advocate for me with the workers comp carrier. I'm disappointed and exhausted by this process.

Mr Dewberry represented me with my work comp case. He took care of my case, and did not let my claims adjuster walk all over me like my previous attorney did. He is well respected and a pro tem judge. He is considered one of the best work comp attorney's around. I would highly recommend him. He tells it like it is. I read the negative review below, and I disagree. I think that person may have assumed something that was not true as MR Dewberry is VERY honest and looks out for his clients best interests. I am so thankful he took over my case. M.C.

i had M.Dewberry along with mr.canter they both handled my case me and him had words because he wanted me to sue because where i got hurt had no position for me and because i had a infection which was type 2 diabetes the i was telling him about the sore but yet i was put in chlorine water he transferred my file to mr. canter so i told the statebar he told them he gave the file to him and it went back and forth so they both kied and to this day i have not gotten my case settled

Mr. Dewberry was honest, hardworking and agressive. He came well recommended, and lived up to that reputation. He did not always hold my hand, but he was professional, and did what I hired him to do.
