I had the unpleasantries of having Mr.Dos Santos as my lawyer. Its my experience he will bully and/or intimidate you, assuming he has to put some time and effort into your case. It was I and group of collogues saw that his work load might be too large, and doesn’t take his clients serious and the people involved. To be absolutely fair He might be ok if the case were: Very simple/straight forward, you were guilty, didnt have to hear your story. This seems to be very apparent, and is noticeable to a lot of individuals. This is what happens with any lawyer who doesnt hear their clients story. Communication wouldnt be characterized as Mr.Dos Santos strength, if you happen to have the misfortune of being his client, get a new Lawyer. The reason is he doesnt seem to want to take interviews of important facts. I know that ones penmanship should NOT be the level of ones Justice. You dont have to settle. If Legal-aid gives you a different lawyer, its going to work better in your favor.

He doesnt give interviews so be careful. He always seems to be unorganized. He never remembered anything I told him in past. I suppose getting your clients story right is a good thing, especialy if hes innocent.

evil aseo is reasonable for legal aid pretty decent smart straightshooter he insists on holding on not to pleading out he has always been what he should be my lawyer

If you are innocent dont get this guy. He misses alot of details, forgets things, unorganized, very un profesional. YYou will swear you are dealing with the crown and not your lawyer, thats how much he bullys. Im not perticularly good with writing so he gets me to try to write my side of the story via unsecured email, which i left out a lot. I needed to sit down and explain the situtation to him, and with this guy thats too much to ask. you will get rooked or lost in the legal redereck. He will make a bad situation worse. Its Your Future Good Luck!
