Working with Gina Giblin has been a very negative experience. I have zero trust in what she says and question her legal knowledge about my type of case. I believe that she is not doing well in the area that she practices thus she needed the money from my case and thus took it. I gave Gina Giblin a $5000 retainer when she only wanted $2000. When I told her I was sending her $5000 she told me that the case would not take more than that $5000 but she charged me $3000 and all I got was a letter to the other party.
She charged me for time before the agreement was signed that I used to discuss the agreement and how she was going to charge me and how much research etc she needed. I wrote a letter on my case to the opposing party prior to speaking with her and she told me that she needed to write another one because she needed to clarify but in fact the letter she write had less clarification than the one I wrote.
