Kevin Metz was assigned by my father in 1994, prior to being called to bar, for his estate matters. Metz notarized the will, and many years passed. My father took ill in 2006, and power of attorney was extended to a non-family member who started siphoning money from his estate. My father passed in august 2008, and I discovered that, not only did they ask him to reaffirm his will, but allowed him to write a will in favor of one sibling. Metz never called to advise of the status of the estate settlement, nor did the executor of the will communicate the status. Numerous calls to both the executor and Metz resulted in each placing responsibility on the other. It is June 6th, 2014. None of the other siblings, 3 in total, have received thier settlement, but the favored sibling was sold the house, undervalued, and by? You guessed it, Kevin Metz. I and my other siblings have all placed complaints with the law society, and are still waiting for our settlements. That is 7am years Kevin Metz. :(

We will likely need to hire another lawyer to re-check everything done by Kevin Metz in a bu and sell home real estate deals. He has made two separate requests for further payment to him for several hundred dollars due to two separate mathematical errors. 3 months after closing we have not received RPR or land title certificate. His extreme disorganization made us very nervous from the first time we have met him. Look elsewhere for a good real estate lawyer.
