Under their professional conduct rules, lawyers have an obligation to be fair and transparent in the fees they charge. Fees and disbursements should be provided in writing before commencing representation. Don't get pressured into a bad deal.

Terrible practice as a lawyer. He was not prepared for trial despite having over 8 months to study the case. He got majority of the numbers wrong which lead to the judge critizing him for lack of preparation. Disliked by both FTC judges for his poor communication skills. Obnoxious and rude. He has 0 loyalty towards his clients, it's all about the money. You can never get a hold of him, he never answers the phone. His secretary or article student will call you back instead. His entire firm shares 1 "yahoo" email. Many of his partners, and article students left with no notice. His biggest problem is his lack of speaking skills, INDIRECT and RUDE. BEWARE OF HIM! you have been WARNED!

Told me before the case started that he can win easily, enough evidence. Recommended his own accountant after our own did the work already. After all that, he says not enough information, cannot win even though he had the exact same information as before but not he got paid. Pretty much just wanted the money and didn't do anything. We do not need any more scumbag layers like him in our society. We need lawyers that will actually help those in need.

worst lawyer ever, charge me 2x the amount other lawyer is charging, and has been 6 months, nothing was being done, continue to give me trouble over a simple case, on top of this, might be working with who i am trying to fight against. keep cancelling my appointment, makes ridiculous demands for actions or documentations that are not needed. His receptionist actually begged me to speak Chinese, she screwed my appointment up because she does not understand simple sentences, WTF you work in a law firm in an English speaking country and you can't speak English?????
