Éliminant preuves des comportements violents de son client abusif, elle plonge dans l'illégalité. Force enfants à visiter père abusif par intimidation policière, une honte pour la société québécoise. Intimidation juridique envers femmes et enfants maltraités, négligeant les impacts sur leur santé mentale et émotionnelle. Priorité : être payée et gagner, même face à des allégations graves d'agression sexuelle.
Irrespectueuse, elle élève le ton et coupe la parole aux juges, qualifiant cela de "proactivité". Ridiculisant la partie adverse, elle la dénigre ouvertement, manquant de respect. Émettant de fausses déclarations au tribunal, son comportement malhonnête s'étend à la dissimulation d'informations du dossier, en violation du code de déontologie. Non professionnelle, elle ne respecte pas ses clients, envoyant des e-mails minimalistes et improvisant des demandes.

Me Banon m'a été référé lorsque je vivais une situation très difficile et délicate suite à une houleuse séparation. Elle a su faire preuve de calme et de professionnalisme pour me soutenir, conseiller et traiter mon dossier concernant la protection de mon enfant. Elle a su mettre les limites et nous faire respecter vis-à-vis de mon ex-conjoint. Maintenant, grâce à elle, mon enfant est heureuse, épanouie et surtout en sécurité. Je recommande cette avocate les yeux fermés tellement j'ai une totale confiance en sa personne et ses compétences pour faire valoir les besoins et intérêts de l'enfant. Elle place l'enfant au coeur de sa pratique et veille à son meilleur intérêt au regard de la situation. Merci encore!

Best family lawyer ?? Comes to court well prepared. Very professional very knowledgeable a shark in court , most importantly great humain being, She is also very honest and very compitante and excels in Family matter cases,

Yael Valerie is a real GEM. Nothing but professionalism and kindness to help you get through a very stressful and trying time. She always knows what to say to calm your nerves and make sense of this very difficult process. She isn't afraid either of telling you that your demands don't make sense and that's very refreshing. You don't want a lawyer that says yes to everything and just drag the process for months. Her top priority is the well being of the kids involved and she will fight for it in all fairness to all parties. You will get updates and follow ups as soon as possible and there's always someone available at the firm to answer your questions if your lawyer's not available. Recommended 100%+++
