I spoke with an attorney from this firm who told me he would call me back the first of the week. After not hearing back from him I called 3 times and left a message with the receptionist. He instructed me that I would hear back from them. 2 weeks later I get a letter through the mail saying they would not be taking my case because it would be to expensive to pursue. Really ? Can't even call . What a joke

When I hired Ms Mattox she informed me that she would be taking my case, instead, I was passed around to three younger inexperienced unproven attorney's which, one which one was leaving the practice, and then the other left, and then my case was given to the newest in the group. The office was very poorly run, hearing gossip about members of the firm among the staff while sitting in the waiting area. My case dragged out for 3 long years, in which I only met and sat with Ms Mattox twice..to tell her I was not happy with the way the case was being handled. I was utterly disappointed in the outcome for feeling that if the attoney's or Ms Mattox would have taken the case more seriously that there would have been a better outcome for the reason I hired her...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM...
