James Miller did not inform me of my options to the point that when my case was dismissed, I was unaware of a debt for tens of thousands that I am still trying to resolve. After I signed with him, he had other lawyers or paralegals call me back. Sometimes he did not return my calls for days. He sent an inexperienced attorney to represent me when the bank was trying to take my house and she showed up after court already started & was not adequately prepared for court. Thankfully, we pulled through with the help of an attorney outside of his firm. Last, payments made on my account were not applied even though I had the receipt, but yet his billing person would write a big letter note that I had not paid. Working with Miller & Miller has been the most costly, humiliating and frustrating experience of my life.
