Mr. Howes seemed to have more knowledge during our mediation then any of the other lawyers involved. He also was very concerned about our situation and did all he could to help us beyond what we expected. Mr. Howes arranged for our case to be settled without court and with a favorable settlement for us even after other involved lawyers said that this could not be done.
