Will not fight hard to represent you against corporate lawyers. Not well versed in discrimination cases and will want $500 upfront just to review short sepetation agreement and send a letter with a few questions. Specifically, doesn't understand federal protections, such as the Warn Act and will take all opposing attorney statements as facts without any discovery procedures and will not argue strongly for your case. Horrible as will not even recover wages taken and withheld by employer even when admittedly taken by mistake.
