She absolutely abandoned me while I was awaiting my court dates. Weeks of calls from my family and from me went unanswered. Only after a public defender contacted me did I learn she passed me off to someone else. She sure did keep my money though... Not sure if she can practice law anymore, but if so - steer clear of her.

Hired her following my divorce and could never get her on the phone even after she gave me her cell phone. When I asked her why she did not return my phone call she stated she did not recognize the number. I fire her and moved on. Biggest mistake ever.

My Brother hired her. She did not return any phone calls. Kept getting names wrong in court. Pick someone else.

Hired her firm from ad in BW said help for probation. Patrick took my 2500 over the phone, we had maybe a 6 phone calls listening to Patrick rattle on and on..Spoke with Jolene briefly. Nothing that Patrick said did he do that I have knowledge of, they just don't answer my calls so I had to file a dispute with Mastercard. The only piece of paper or info did I recieved was an Invoice saying flat fee service, services rendered. Thats it!! I have called Patrick several times and their office, nothing nada!! The biggest crisis in our lives they suck up 2500 and disappear. Strange, how do people like that sleep at night!!! Horrible Business people.

The biggest mistake I have ever made. She is nearly impossibe to talk with and being able to see her and go over your case is worse than that! Go to someone else!!

Nearly impossible to get in touch with. You have no idea what's going on with your case, what the plan is, or when you can get in touch with her. Over booked usually and you can wait for over an hour to see her.
