I had Ms. Burton for about 7 years, fighting for my daughter. She always showed up for me. On my darkest days, she was a motivation for me. Thank God my case is over. Justice prevailed. My daughter is happy now.

I have used Ms Burton twice for family court matters. She secured the best agreement for me and my family. She thought of issues I had not considered and made sure we had a final agreement that would adapt as our family changes.

Ms. Burton is one of the worst lawyers but very strong woman who bullies her clients -only if she uses this approach to negotiate with the other party. She is a traitor. She defrauds her clients and knows how to navigate the judges to coerce clients to agree by installing fear. It is better to work alone or settle even a losing case but not hire her. She will bleed you not only pennies, but self confidence. My case is complicated. I am grateful to meet Ms. Burton as she taught me how to spot the narcissist monster lawyer with limited knowledge.

Ms. Burton is concerned only with winning. Concerns for children and people take a distant back seat. She milks the public purse, i.e. Legal Aid, with excessively long briefs of dubious honesty.Stay away .. she is dangerous.

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST LAWYERS EVER. NOT TO MENTION HER UNPROFESSIONAL STANCE ON THE FIELD. SHE HAD CARRIAGE OF MY FILE SINCE NOVEMBER 2015 AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. SHE NEVER RESPONDS TO PHONE CALLS AND EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE, IS ALWAYS ON LEAVE AND OR VACATIONS AND IS USELESS. SHE WASTED MY TIME AND GAVE ME HOPE THAT I WOULD GET MY KIDS BACK AND THEN SIDED WITH CAST AND PLACED THEM FOR ADOPTION. DON'T UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE HIRE THIS SCUM BUCKET!!!!

Ms Burton is a professional. She listens but does not let her clients call the shots when it is inappropriate to do so (I know this first hand). She would also rather release a client than advocate for a position that she belueves is not in a child's best interest. She has a high moral compass which is rare in lawyers. I highly recommend Ms Burton.

Money hungry, cost me close to half my yearly salary in just one month. Long briefs, 30 pages plus for a case that should have been cut and dry.

Davine is a great lawyer. She really cares for the children in any family case. I've used Davine Burtain in past for my family court and using her again now. She's a driven lawyer to fight for the right of a child's , getting the parents to make the right decisions in the best interest of the child. I'd recommend and use Davine for any family matters in court.
