A couple days after court ee find out he is representing the father of her daughter in a custody conflict and had been his atty for several months.Did this influence him to advise her son to take a plea deal to make things look worse, when the state had a weak case? Will ehat she told him be used in the other case? She paid him 3000.00 for this service.
