Mrs. Lucas was by my side and helped me through the selling and buying of both houses. I couldn't imagine going making it throuugh this without her assistance.

Horrible!!!!Unprofessional. Not only was she unprofessional in court (texting) she didn't know half the answers to the judges questions.Billing? She KNOWS how to do that. She also threatened to sue us for slander if we repeated how horrible we told her she was. A complete and utter failure as an attorney.

I've practiced in commercial real estate law for almost 20 years and have never encountered an attorney with such deplorable behavior! She is belligerent, combative and disrespectful. Although she purports to be a condo expert, she is either unfamiliar with condo law or chooses to disregard it. While it is totally understandable that a condo association may want to restrict rental units, she led the association to do so by rules and regulations, rather than by amendment to the condo dec. She held our seller's disclosure documents hostage pending its agreement to abide by the invalid rules & regs. She attempted to interfere with our contract by offering up alternative buyers. It appeared that she also had an issue with our buyer through a relationship with another association where she purchased a unit, failed to pay assessments and lost possession. During the course of the transaction, we discovered that she has a notorious reputation with the title company and in the community.
