He has been helping my adoptive parents attempt to steal my inheritance they've already been illegally using so they can get away with fraud. They forged my signature, stole my identity, opened accounts in my name, illegally accessed medical records,lied in court, and much more. If you're you're looking for a crooked lawyer, he's your guy!

3 years and still not divorced. 1st meeting all was settled and non contested. Impossible to get ahold of. Never returns texts or phone calls. Did not know the divorce process, stated we did not need certain paper work when in actually we did, postponing the process longer. Yes he has my $$$ and I just want to hire another lawyer at this point but I have so much money invested in him. DO NOT USE FOR DIVORCE!!!

My daughter filed for divorce over 2 years ago none contested and it is still not final.

Take my advice -- do NOT hire this attorney to handle your divorce. In the first meeting, he says all the right things, but then you have to track him down for every little (or big) thing and it isn't easy. He won't return emails. He won't return calls. He works (and that's putting it mildly) at a snail's pace. Worst of all, he lies right to your face about the status of things. I'm serious - blatant lying to your face. I could go on and on describing the heartache he caused me by his dishonesty and incompetence. Find someone else to handle your divorce.

IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of and will IMMEDIATELY with draw from your case for no reason once he has to actually do work.

Tragic! We put ourselves out to help a child and he loafed off and treated the mother so poorly, even lying in front of the family court judge. $$$$$ was obviously his only concern. I do not believe Mr Gass' heart is in the right place.

I hired this attorney thinking i found a great attorney little did i know that all he seemed to be concerned with was his pay not what he can do for you. He never spoke in court to defend me. I always had to call and ask questions . he never calls you back nor notifies u before hand if he is busy . I would highly advise no one hire this attorney! Was not pleased at all!!!! Disqusted and heart broken that you rely on your own attorney step up and do what's right to not!!!

Has no backbone ! Wants easy easy way out of a case ! Is not truthful with client who hired him ! Too quiet & will NOT stand up for his client !! Not ay all good in court room !!
