I highly recommend Joyce Riccio! She has extensive knowledge of divorce law, and fought for my kids and assets.She was always prepared, had a powerful presence in the courtroom, yet was compassionate and supportive when privately discussing my case. Attorney Riccio had comprehensive explanations of the law and proceedings, was accessible, and professional.

I wanted sole custody in 2000 of my then unborn baby and her 2 yr old brother...I explained to Joyce Riccio how he abandoned me and our son, when I was 7 mos pregnant w our daughter, and he was using serious drugs (crack, heroin)....well, she said I "would never get sole custody", and guess what..the past 15 yrs have been a nightmare with this man, and he was arrested in December 2014 for assault of our daughter. Nice job, Joyce!! Thanks a lot!!! The kids would have been so much better off without him... I got the feeling she just didn't want to deal with another "case"...she also showed up at one court date late, said she was having furniture delivered...its lawyers like her that make people want to just take kidnap their own children and hide from ex spouse. I'm really wishing I had done that. What a helpless waste this lawyer was. I hope no one in my situation ever goes to her.

Joyce was my lawyer in 2013, and she did a fantastic job representing my interests. She understood my desire to reach an amicable resolution while at the same time, stood ready to go to trial. She was able to explain the likely results should a trial be necessary and she worked well to achieve the best possible result. I have and would recommend her to any of my friends and colleagues. Being a lawyer myself, I found Joyce to be knowledgeable, understanding and the best possible choice.

Joyce was my divorce attorney in 2007. i had never been to court before and knew nothing about a divorce decree or it's loopholes in the wording. i trusted joyce would have my best interest in mind. joyce gave my ex wife half of all our joint bank acounts , but did not go after ex wifes personnal accounts. joyce wrote in the decree that i would pay half the mortgage untill the house was sold but failed to put any time frame on how long this would go on, it went on for one year +. then i had to hire another attorney to fix the decree and that cost me another 5000 dollars. joyce is so useless as a divorce attorney. i now know more about decrees then she does.she was also costly, totally amature divorce attorney cost me. 15000.she had me giving ex wife 375 a week out of my 638 dollar take home pay per week i could not possibly aford an apartment. again, joyce riccio is the most incompitant attorney that there could be.
