Very Rude, unethical, pooresst English, argue on small things and insists she is right. A guy on reception is very rude too and clamis to be assistant but refuses to tell his name. Zero knowledge of law, incompetent and beware of this lawyer or you will regret. A very sincer advice for ALL.
